Autel iKey Use Toyota 4D8A Low-Freq Key Error Solution

 Problem:

This is Lexus RX350H 2023 all keys lost.

Tried to generate an Autel Toyota ikey with Autel IM608.

But the Autel device says it is wrong key and asks to use Toyota 4D8A low-frequency universal key.

Which key is this?

Solution:

Corolla/Camry and some Lexus 2020 to 2024 are 4A chip type, no way you will use that key because it’s 8A unless you use autel universal key.

For Toyota/Lexus 4A smart key, use universal type ikey instead. Low-frequency key here means universal ikey.

Or generate Xhorse XM38 with key tool max. It has been tested working fine on these models.

Here’s a reminder to have multiple options with programmers. 2023 Charger add Proximity key. Using new version AutoProPad core. Pulled pin 61155. Wouldn’t program kept say incorrect pin. Pulled out Autel IM608 pulled different pin of 45331 but wouldn’t add key.

Went back to APP and used the 45331 pin and went right in.

I think some use 12+8. I used star connector.

Location of Star Connector:
Under the passenger foot well
Under carpet there is 4 screws.

Read PIN so fast.

You can try chose Dodge and pin option will appear.

How to Connect VAG SVG149 Cable with Autel IM608 Gbox?

 Question:

How to connect a SPVG SVG149 cable with Autel IM608 Gbox for NEC UDS dash all keys lost in service mode?

It is not able to communicate with the cluster after connecting it on bench. The only tool which can connect and do the job is Keydiy KD Mate.

What’s the problem? 

Here is the clue:

It does work with Autel via Gbox. You need to add the 120 ohm resistor CAN BUS termination resistor between CAN L and CAN H. This cable does not include it (and the cluster does not have one). Then any tool can communicate.

For example, if use Gbox2, connect 120 ohm resistor like this:
