Autel IM508 2021 Jeep Programming BOOT2 Error?

Problem:

Tried to add a spare key to a 2021 Jeep Compass with Autel IM508.

This is what I am getting, trying to read password it keeps.

Error: Programming BOOT2

Any solution?

Solution:

Voltage is low.

Connect battery booster or change battery.

Battery is dead on that car, get a battery maintainer as at 9V no modules will talk and you risk damaging the car. For any sort of programing 13.5V is a must.
If you use correct booster, you can set to 13.5V or more.

 

Feedback:

The car had a problem, electrical problem. The battery was good, but the voltage was showing low. I ended up figuring it out and got the job done. I had noticed the voltage but when I hook up to the battery, it will show 12.5 but on the scanner, it shows 8。
