Autel IM608 Failed to Program Fiat Talent 2016 All Keys Lost?

 Fiat Talent year 2016 all keys have lost, but not communicating to Autel IM608 via OBD. I don’t know what would be the mistake or does it have cybersecurity?

Here is the clue.

It’s Renault Trafic system you can’t do with Autel.
Autel remove all keys lost function for Renault.

It is much more difficult and risky than Talisman which Xhorse did not do it.
Used zed full, OBDSTAR G3 or AVDI. Avdi is easy.

What Autel iKey to Generate Toyota 4A Smart Key?

Problem:

I bought these AUTEL Toyota Ikey SMART KEYS, supposedly Low frequency with an L on the part number, but I can only generate 8A keys only, 433 and 315 MHZ no problems, but other key id like 46, 47 , 49, 4A, it gives frequency error, any solution to this?

on this Toyota Cross 4A 2023, it says  “the key type is incorrect. User general low-frequency universal key”.

Solution:

Autel Toyota ikey only supports 8A chip type. Not 46, 47, 49, 4A.

Autel IM508S Program VW Golf NEC23C32 All Keys Lost with Godiag GT110

 This guide walks through bench key learning, a method where you program a key using just the instrument cluster and an Autel IM508S/IM608.

 

Step-by-Step Bench Key Programming

1. Set Up the GoDiag GT110 Simulator

• Connect the GoDiag GT110 to the instrument cluster (from a VW Polo 2009-2014).
• Plug in the 12V power supply to simulate the car’s electrical system.
• Use the DB15 cable to link the GoDiag to your IM508 tablet/PC.

2. Power On the Instrument Cluster

• Press the red ignition button on the GoDiag—this will light up the dashboard (simulating “key on”).
• The cluster should now be in diagnostic mode, ready for programming.

3. Connect the Autel IM508S

• Launch the Autel tool and select:

Menu Path (in IM508S)

2. Select Control Unit-Immobilizer- Continental CAN Ins NEC+ 24C32 Immobilizer
3. Select Enter Service Mode with All Keys Lost (G-box) (this powers up the cluster for communication)
4. Follow the wiring diagram to connect Gbox with cluster. Connect the DB16 cable to the instrument cluster.
   Connect the IM508S with the OBDII femail connector of the G-box and connect a 12V power supply yo the DC12V terminal of the G-box
5. The tool will display the cluster type (e.g., Four Motors Speaker – Version 1).
6. Confirm and proceed to read the EEPROM data.

3. Extract PIN and CS Code

• Once the EEPROM is read, the tool will display:
  • PIN code (required for key programming)
  • CS code (security authentication)
  • Used/free key slots (e.g., Slot 1 & 2 used, others empty)

4. Generate a Dealer Key

• Select Make dealer key function.
• Insert a blank key into the programmer.
• Enter the CS code (extracted from the EEPROM dump) in the following format:
