Auro OtoSys IM600 Program VW 4th IMMO All Keys Lost

How to: program VW 4th generation immobilizer all keys lost using Auro OtoSys tools.

Device: Auro OtoSys IM100 & IM600
Instrument cluster using UDS protocol VDO 24C64 VDO 24C32 JCI, MM etc
Models: Golf 6, jetta, Passat B7, Polo, Tiguan etc

Test example:
Golf 6 2015-2017

Procedure:

Connect J2534 module with vehicle via OBD diagnostic socket

Connect UP400 box with IM600, and pair Bluetooth connection 

Select IMMO->VW->2015-2017 vehicle model->IMMO4 Instrument CAN->All keys lost

Step 1:Read IMMO data
Turn on the emergency indicator.
If vehicle has Kessy, press on the Start/Stop button.
If vehicle does not have Kessy, insert the blank key and turn ignition to ON position

 Read Immo data complete.
Step 2: Make dealer key

 Put a blank key into IM600 UP400 keyhole and press OK to continue

Make dealer key success

 Then put 2nd blank key to program

Step 3: Learn key
Enter number of keys that need to be learnt: 2

 Insert keys to be learnt into ignition switch within 30 seconds and turn to ON position one by one.
The keys should be changed at an interval of less than 5s.

 2 keys learnt successfully.

 Key adaption is done.
