How to Solve Autel IM608 Forget Lock Screen?

Problem:

Forget Autel MaxiIM IM608/IM508 lock screen pattern/Security PIN. Why a subscription update won’t save. How do I reset my Autel?

The unlock method depends on your last update date.

Scenario 1 – Tool not updated since before 2025:

• Contact Autel to evaluate your case.
