Program Toyota RAV4 2023 All Keys Lost with Autel IM608 APB112

 Tutorial: how to program 2023 Toyota Rav4 All smart Keys Lost using Autel IM608 Pro and APB112 emulator.

 

 

Select USA->RAV4->2019-2024->Smart Key
Read and confirm Vehicle information

Select Hot Function->All keys lost (using analog key (guided))
Make sure network connection is good.

If IM608 says no communication, press the Start button and try again.
Select Back up via OBD

Then perform back up IMMO data, generate analog key and learn key.
Back up IMMO data successfully.

Start generating analog key
Detect key type SLK4
Connect APB112 key simulator with IM608
Generate analog key completely.

Turn the ignition on with the APB112 emulator

Then learn key using the emulator
Enter VIN
Select EEPROM data to learn key
If failed to learn key
Don’t be sad. Just try again. Generate analog key again.
Until it will auto detects VIN
Turn the ignition off and turn on the hazard warning lights.

Step 1: Place the analog key again the Start/Stop button. The vehicle beeps once.

Step 2: Place the key to be learned against the Start/Stop button. The vehicle beeps twice.

Turn on ignition.

Key is working.

Program Highlander 2020 All Keys Lost with Autel IM608 II

 How-to: program Toyota Highlander 2020-2023 proximity push to start all keys lost with Autel MaxiIM IM608 II (IM608 Pro2) via OBD.

Go to IMMO>Toyota->manual selection->USA->Highlander->2020 to 2023-> Control Unit-> Keyless System(CAN)->Backup Immo Data->Backup via OBD

Put the hazards on

back up immo data via OBD, Save immo data.

Then generate analog key

We’ll take a simulator key Autel apb112.

Generate analog key complete

put the analog key close to the push/stop button, and press the stop button

Ignition is on.

If the instrument lights up successfully. click yes

now we’ll do add smart key with im608 ii.

turn on the ignition

let’s set the hazards

we’ll turn the ignition off

Keep the apb112 close to the start button, the buzzer will beep once.

Keep the new Toyota smart key close to the start button, buzzer will beep twice.

Successfully program a new key.

Autel IM608 Program Toyota Prius 2011 AKL with XM38

 How to program Toyota Prius year 2011 all keys lost using Autel MaxiIM IM608+ APB112+ xhorse Toyota XM38 smart key. 

 

Preparation:

Feed the vehicle with power supply 12v

Generate xhorse xm38 remote under this option- Prius 2008-2014 F433 433.92 FSK

 

There are 2 ways to program all keys lost.

Guided function

Normal procedure.

 

Guided function menu path: Manual selection->Prius->Smart Key->Hot functions-All keys lost (using analog key) guided

Step 1: Backup immo data

Step 2: Generate analog key

Step 3: Key Learning

There is a "guided function" for programming with Autel, which would certainly have been easier.

You can also do it as a regular procedure.

Select Manual selection->Prius->Smart Key->Control unit->Keyless System (CAN)

Step 1: Backup immo data
Backup Immo data
Enable internet connection.
Turn the ignition off and turn the hazard warning lamps on and off once
Read immo data in process
Save data

Step 2: Generate analog key
Connect APB112 emulator with im608
upload eeprom data backup in step 1
Generate simulator key successfully.
Then simulator key now can start car

Step 3: Add smart key with the APB112
Put the analog key close to the START button

Put a Xhorse XM38 smart key need to learn to the START button

Autel IM508 Program Audi A3 2005 All Keys Lost with APB112

 Audi A3 2004 to 2013 all keys lost requires 7th byte CS code via eeprom. Here is the trick. The job can be done by Autel IM508/IM608 with APB112 emulator directly via OBD without removing immo box.  It is easy to do as long as no one else touched it and does under lost keys. It is safe because there is no working transponder. Need good power as well.

Model example: Audi A3 2005.

 

How to:

Make device and vehicle connection

Select Immobilizer-Audi -A3- 2004 to 2013 -Control Unit- Conti CAN Ins (CDC32XX+ 24C32 A3TTR8) immobilizer- Read Immo Data of ECM

Detecting engine type
it takes sevral minutes to read immo data
Read CS, PIN and ECU software number and confirm

IM508/IM608 read only 6-bytes CS code
you need to find 7th byte CS
Select Search for 7th byte (all keys lost)

This function is used to search for the 7th byte when all keys are lost. There are 2 search modes: Automatic and manual.

Automatic mode:
Smart key: Place the apb112 smart key simulator close to the Start/Stop button until the search succeeds.
Blade key: Place the APB112 smart key simulator close to the ignition, insert the non-chip key into the ignition and turn ignition to ON until the search succeeds.

Manual mode:

Smart key: Place the apb112 smart key simulator close to the Start/Stop button, and repeatedly turn on and off the ignition until the search succeeds
Blade key: Place the APB112 smart key simulator close to the ignition, and use the non-chipped key to repeated turn on the ignition to ON and then turn it off until search succeeds.
Automatic search is faster and manual search is slower as it requires manually turn on/off ignition until the search succeeds.

This model has smart key. Here we use automatic mode.
Enter the first 6 bytes of the CS code of the vehicle
Connect the APB112 smart key simulator and then press OK
Select Automatic search

Follow steps below to search for 7th byte

Search 7th byte CS code successfully.

You can now add key and learn key.
