Auro OtoSys IM600 Program Ford Explorer 2016 All Keys Lost

How to program Ford Explorer 2016 smart key when all keys lost using Auro OtoSys IM100/IM600 key programmer.


Select IMMO>Auto detect->Manual selection->Ford->USA->Explorer->2011-2015->Smart key->Keyless System (CAN)->All smart keys lost

This function will delete all learned smart keys. Press YES to continue.
Turn the ignition swicth to ON position with engine OFF.
This procedure will takes 10 minutes.

Configuring the system

All keys have been erased

Insert smart key to be learned into the slot
Learning key

1st key learning success
Repeat procedure above to learn next key
Remove the smart key from the slot

Insert 2nd smart key to be learned into the slot

2nd key learning success
If need to learn more keys, repeat procedure above, otherwise press No.

Auro OtoSys IM100 ads Chevrolet Equinox 2010 Blade Key

How to add blade key to Chevrolet Equinox 2010 using Auro OtoSys IM100/IM600 tablet key programmer.


Easy steps goes below:
Select Immo function->Auto Detect->Manual selection-> Chevrolet->Equinox->2010-2013->Blade key->Immobilizer (CAN)->Add key

Close all doors and turn on ignition
OtoSys IM100 will require enter 4-digit security pin code to access and confirm

Configuring the system, wait for 12 minutes

Turn ignition off and remove the key

Open and close the driver door and make sure all on-board appliances are off

Insert key to be learned and turn on ignition

Learning successful. Repeat steps above to learn more keys.

Turn on ignition

Auro Otosys IM100 Unlock BMW CAS3 Remote HITAG2

Tested successfully: AuroDiag Otosys IM100 and BMW CAS3 remote unlock.

The test starts…

Step 1: connect IM100 and adapter

Connect the UP200 to the Otosys IM100 unit

Run IM100 programming software

Have to accept the agreement to continue

Step 2: read key data

OtoSys IM100 will read out key ID

Put the remote into the UP200 programmer

Automatic detection….checking key type

The key type is HITAG2

Click on OK to enter the operation interface of the key type

Auro IM100 read out key ID

Step 3: unlock the remote

Back to the IM100 programmer function interface

Go to other functions to unlock the remote

IM100 will unlock key HITAG2

Function to test: Register a new key

Car: 2016 Nissan Rogue

The procedure:

Connection is done!

Otosys IM100 starts and select the car: 2016 Nissan Rogue

Note:Here, select 2017 and up even though it was a 2016

Go to the Immobilizer/Smart system to register a key

VERY IMPRORTANT: with all late model Rogues and all programmers there is a risk of bricking the car

AURO OtoSys IM100 is gonna to register a key:

Set the vehicle to the following status and then touch OK

– ignition switch or power switch: LOCK

– hazard switch: ON (for preventing BCM from entering into CAN communication sleep mode)

– P (A/T) or neutral (M/T)

– battery voltage: more than 12.5 volts

– steering: not in fully locked

Register an intelligent key

Operate according the following procedures

1. Press push button ignition switch once; check that indicator on push-button ignition switch blinks
2. Contact the intelligent key to push-button ignition switch within 5 seconds. Check that buzzer in combination meter sounds twice

Caution: contact the logo of the intelligent key to the center of the ignition switch

3. Check that turn ignition switch changes automatically to the ON position and that security indicator blinks for 5 times. Check that push-button ignition turns ON.
4. Turn ignition switch to the OFF position. Wait for 5 seconds or more
5. A maximum of 4 intelligent keys can be registered by repeating procedures from step 1. touch Next to end key registration mode.

After key registration, the system returns to key registration mode. Therefore, it is necessary to end operation. Operate according to the following procedures.

1. Press push button ignition switch once; check that indicator on push-button ignition switch blinks
2. Contact the registered intelligent key to push-button ignition switch within 5 seconds. A buzzer in combination meter sounds for 2 seconds

Caution: contact the logo of the intelligent key to the center of the ignition switch

3. Turn ignition switch to the OFF position. Wait for 5 seconds or more
4. Check that the key warning lamp blinks for 5 times when driver door is opened or closed
5. Check that security indicator blinks at internals of appox 3seconds while ignition switch is in the OFF position
6. Operate registered intelligent key out of the vehicle. Check that doors lock and unlock. This status indicates that key registration mode ends

Check the following items using all registered keys.

1. Put intelligent key in the vehicle (within the inside key antenna detection area). check that push-button ignition switch can change the ignition switch position and that it can start engine
2. Put the intelligent key out of the vehicle (out of the inside key antenna detection area). check that the ignition switch cannot be changed using push-button ignition switch
3. After completing above confirmation operation touch End.
