 New test report: program 2018 Audi A6 – push to start key with autel maxiim im608 and xhorse smart key successfully.

Successfully able to program a key through OBD.

*this was not an “AKL” customer lost one key and wanted a spare programmed. The customer still had an original dealer key.

OEM dealership Audi key would have cost me $411 and Audi dealer would quote $600 for key and programming.

If it's A6 B8 model, and if you have working key, no problem add key via obd.

Auro OtoSys IM600 Adds Transponder Keys for Audi R8 Kessy

How to: Audi R8 add transponder with precode and remote with Auro Otosys IM600 (IM100 do the job too).

Key type: 8P like Audi A3

Procedure:

Step 1: Read IMMO data

Read and save immo data

Step 2: Make Dealer Key

Step 3: Learn Key

Step 4: Add Key

Enter from VDO CDC32XX+24C32 A3/TT/R8

Turn ignition off for 5s and then back to ON. press OK within 2s.

Place the dealer key/chip in the IM600 UP400 or IM100 UP200 key programmer

Communicating with the key

During the subseqent communication process, the instument will have a splash screen or a black scree.
This phenomenon is normal.

Later it will auto reset instrument

Add key success.

Test the new key.

Done.

How to program Ford Explorer 2016 smart key when all keys lost using Auro OtoSys IM100/IM600 key programmer.


Select IMMO>Auto detect->Manual selection->Ford->USA->Explorer->2011-2015->Smart key->Keyless System (CAN)->All smart keys lost

This function will delete all learned smart keys. Press YES to continue.
Turn the ignition swicth to ON position with engine OFF.
This procedure will takes 10 minutes.

Configuring the system

All keys have been erased

Insert smart key to be learned into the slot
Learning key

1st key learning success
Repeat procedure above to learn next key
Remove the smart key from the slot

Insert 2nd smart key to be learned into the slot

2nd key learning success
If need to learn more keys, repeat procedure above, otherwise press No.

How to: learn blade key for JEEP Patriot year 2015 U.S with Auro OtoSys IM100/IM600 tablet.

Make a connection

Turn on ignition switch 

Select IMMO->Auto Detect->Jeep (USA)->Patriot->2007-2017 Blade Key->Read

Immobilizer Password (CAN)

Turn off ignition and turn on emergency light

IM600 read pin code success

Select Immobilizer (CAN)-> Key Learning-> Erase Key

Erase all learned keys

Auro IM100/IM600 will require to enter 4-digit security code and confirm

Erase all keys success

Select Old Key Learning 

Turn off ignition, insert the key to be learned and then turn on ignition 

Simultaneously press LOCK button and UNLOCK button,then press UNLOCK button.

Repeat above steps for many times in 30s. 

Learn key success.

Close all doors and turn on ignition
OtoSys IM100 will require enter 4-digit security pin code to access and confirm

Configuring the system, wait for 12 minutes

Turn ignition off and remove the key

Open and close the driver door and make sure all on-board appliances are off

Insert key to be learned and turn on ignition

Learning successful. Repeat steps above to learn more keys.

Turn on ignition
