We have successfully read pin code and added a keyless entry remote key on a Dodge Journey year 2009 by using Auro OtoSys IM600 tablet key programmer.
OtoSys IM100 has the same ability as well.
Connect
IM100/IM600 and VCI with vehicle via OBD diagnostic socket
Turn ignition to ON position
Select IMMO->Dodge->System selection->Immobilizer->Read Immobilizer password/Pin code(CAN).
IM600 read 4-digit security code success.
Go back and select Immobilizer(CAN)-Type2->Key Learning
Enter or select 4-digit pin code just read/recorded
Key learning success
Start vehicle with new remote key
