Most VW, Audi, Skoda, Seat cars after 2009 with VDO NEC clusters all keys lost can be done with Autel IM508/IM608/IM608 Pro via dump using APA102 clip adapter no soldering. It is like 10 minutes job. Really quick.
Read immo data, enter service mode, make dealer key, backup ABS, write original eeprom via obd, all of these steps were done while in the car without the need of any other tools.
Use this information at your own risk.

FYI: If don’t want to remove dash, much easier way is to add remote to car using xhorse key. Then clone the key. ID48 clone it by xhorse key tool max. JOB DONE. No clocks remove. I.e 2010 Golf Plus.
