Easy… Autel im508, smart key emulator, and Toyota bypass cable.
Job takes 10 minutes tops.
Go ahead and hook up the 30 pin connector, then you read immobilizer data, after you’ve successfully read the immobilizer data, generate analog key using the data you read and saved. Using the newly generated analog key, you program the key to the vehicle. Using the add key method.
If the customer wants the old keys erased, simply go to erase key after you have successfully added the new key, during the process of erasing keys it’s going to ask you to hold the key you want to save in the system up against the start button. That will be the newly programmed key that you just programmed.
Hold it up to the start button and it will erase all other keys, except that one.
You need the 30pin cable (hook up behind glovebox) back up immo data and generate the emulator key then you can add and key or erase keys if full. I use my IM508 and the xhorse 30 pin cable. Autel does have an obd jumper wires for that purpose, but I find the 30pin cable to just be easier.
